This is the restaurant that I did enjoy the most in Molveno: great atmosphere, great service, great food, great wine. Everything was curated to perfection and looked and tasted authentic and even romantic.

A special restaurant. We were the first guests in and the restaurant entrance was still locked/dark but they brought us in with grace. Our server didn't speak much English (or German) but was very friendly and helpful. The pasta was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and perfectly seasoned.The desserts were extraordinary, very well balanced and not too sweet which I appreciated. They have a very talented pastry chef on board, we had 4 different desserts and all of them were spectacular.English/German menus would have been appreciated but Google Lens did fine.A gem in Molveno!

Excellent and elegant (but not exaggerated) restaurant in Molveno.The atmosphere is good in local style with completely wooden furnishings, despite the fact that the room in the basement is inside a building with no windows (the only flaw).I would say the cuisine is excellent. We tried the fassona tartare (average), ravioli with game and currants (absolutely to try), barley with porcini mushrooms (perhaps the weakest dish), a sliced Angus (good). But I would say that the two dishes above all were the venison with polenta and red cabbage and the polenta, porcini, cheese and truffle starter (superlative).Quick and kind service.Price for four people: 170 euros. Which is all there is to the quality of the food.

Exquisite food as well as superb service. The interieur is traditional yet classy. Must visit when in town.
